You don't want to involve her, as fit as she is, she's a dirty rag

I think that every time I watch countdown. It causes me serious stress and anxiety. I want to believe it's not true even though I know it is. Well she is from Essex.

It's a travesty isn't it. Her caveat to the Essex thing is that her father (also a rag) originates from Salford. Apparently she's done some work on rag tv as well - what a waste!

Southend United not good enough for her then?

Hart Sagna Vinny Mangala Kolarov Fernando Fernandinho Toure Navas Sterling de Bruyne. Bony on the bench with Kelechi. If Vinny isn't fit then Otamendi. Please no pretending that Yaya is a holding player. Both Navas and de Bruyne have to protect their full backs. That's a nice solid team with plenty of attacking threat. City 0-2.

I would go with that formation too, but I might swap Bony for Sterling.

Daniel Taylor put Mata in over De Bruyne in his best eleven between us both. Even Fernandinho over Schwinstiger makes sense to me, and I'd have Sagna over Zaba right now too.

He has: De Gea, Zaba, Kompany, Smalling, Shaw, Yaya, Schwinstiger, Silva, Sterling, Mata, Aguero

Okay that cannot go unnoticed. Fucking high-larious. Did I see today that he's suing the toy manufacturer as well? And that the doll is actually named "Sebastian?"

I have an inexplicable bad feeling about Sunday. That's very unusual for me approaching a derby. I usually get nervy the night before but this time the odds seem stacked against us.

Cheer up pal, it could be worse, you could be thinking this is out 'Game of the Season' like we used do back when 'We were Shit'.

Seems Butthead is warily saying we are favourites yet the bookies have them as slight favourites, which I agree with. The advantage they have is that they're at home, we're without Sergio and Dave, and they don't mind throwing an elbow or two.

Are they better than us though, are they fuck!

MY father said to me one day
is it red or blue for you?
And if its red you're out the door
and I wont see you no more

And then one saturday afternoon
he took me to moss side
he said my son your time has come
and this is a lesson in pride

you see the scum
you never run
you stand and fight you ground
and when youve won on derby day

youre sure to hear this song....

hark now hear,
the city sing,
united run away,
and we will fight for ever more,
because of derby day
