Just got back from the ground after queuing for 2hrs. Was told as I got nearer to the front that only SC holders would be allowed 1 ticket. I am on the scheme but have bought two extra tickets for my sons for every cup completion for the last three seasons. I decided to wait with a view to letting one of the down. When I got to the desk they told me that as I am on the scheme I already have my ticket and wasn't allowed another one. Not interested in my protestations. Great PR MCFC.

if you look at the brower URL it says

http://tickets.mcfc.co.uk/Q-60.aspx?qx=1151

just change your 1151 in the URL to jump the queue to number 1

http://tickets.mcfc.co.uk/Q-60.aspx?qx=1

Only joking btw, it does work but you are in danger of going to the back of the queue ;-)

This is a nightmare.
Got in picked seats for my son and me. It hung, took our allocation off us but they are not in our basket. I'm snookered. can't log out or I have to start again.
Don't even know if it would give me my allocation back.
I'm on the phone to them now but am back in a queue of 243.

Have to go home now. I'll have to ring them tonight. Managed to login and my allocation is gone.
What a waste of an afternoon.

Done it. Got our 2 together back row 324. Pissed about at work for 2 hours with the ever revolving circle, spent an hour in traffic, then straight on at home. Soon logged in clicked on the 2 seats straight away.

I think it was because I have windows 10 at home to be honest.

There's still plenty left even together. My advice is if your browser ain't doin it get on the phone as well at the same time

Couldn't wait on the phone any longer John.
Went home. Logged straight in and rang at the same time. Office closed at 5:30pm.
When I logged in mine and my son's allocations were back, but the tickets I had picked were gone.
Picked two more in the 3rd tier somewhere near yours. Went to the checkout. Picked a card they have the details of to pay with.
Got a message back saying 'apologies we can't process your request at this time'.
Look at my account and the allocations are gone again.
I'm after writing to the customer care but there will be nothing left by the time I get an answer back.
This has been a pretty bad customer experience.

Edit: well that's that then. It's come up with SOLD OUT.

I can't recall a similar fiasco in many a long year, in anything, anywhere.

I just got mine luckily but I shall still be composing a detailed complaint.

Hold the phone. Perseverance....... I went back in again to my account and looked up the order history and low and behold, two Madrid tickets have been recorded against the Mastercard I gave them........I'm in, or so I thought. I went and booked my flights quickly, but I'm not sure now, this looks like a right cockup.
The details against my account shows mine and my sons card numbers and names but in the information drop down I'm after noticing that they've been loaded to two different card numbers that I don't recognise.

I think I'm after paying for someone else's tickets. What a fuck up. I'll have to get to talk to someone tomorrow. I can't book accomodation until I know what's going on.
