Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Much better from Gundogan yesterday there is doubting his class but as mentioned elsewhere he isn't upto top fitness yet and tires around 65 -70 minutes . More of the same please more often .

Back to Gundogan; some are saying that his fitness levels are still to be improved and that he tires after 65 minutes, or so.

However, yesterday he scored our last two goals in the final 12 minutes; the last one being in the 90th, so he must be getting there overall.

Looking forward to seeing him when he is 'up to speed'.

He is a player who could be here for five or six years. I for one won't judge him on five or six games. He is finding his feet in a new country, a new league, a new manager and a different way of playing that he has been accustomed to. On top of that he has had no pre-season after coming back from a serious injury.

If he is still at this level after a year or so then that is a different matter. But he is not the only one who looks a little off the pace. Silva and Kun to name two haven't been at their best the last few weeks. Nor has KDB. It is a team game and the established players should be the ones stepping up to the plate and ensuring the new lads fit in. Looking at Sterlings performances this season as a whole you'd think he was the senior player in the team, not a young lad of 21. He's showing maturity beyond his years.

Had we not suffered about 15/20 games worth of bad luck over the past five games we wouldn't be talking about this. Gundogan, though he hasn't been great hasn't been at fault directly for a lot of the individual errors which have cost us, certainly less than the defence.

He is a class player who will find his feet

It's still early days, but boy is he finding his feet now. Outstanding tonight

I've just heard that fact on Five Live. Cheaper than Pogdog's agent's fee. Couldn't believe it at first but must be true as it was on the BBC.
