What specifically did he do wrong today? or what didn't he do right?

Genuine questions.

Anyone?

he didn't hug the opposition or chew gum like an animal.

I find the bashing of Bravo just as ludicrous as that of Hart, it seems some people take a stance, become entrenched and then find fault in every little thing they do.

Perhaps I should just avoid goalkeeper threads before I'm labelled again, although Foreverupclaudiosarse doesn't quite have the same ring to it.

Better than Joe for me, and not only with the ball at his feet!

I think there is added pressure on him as he has replaced a legend at city and I think he is getting a raw deal from quite a lot of fans because of this. I heard some ridiculous comments after Boro scored that he was at fault, utter nonsense. Some people will never ever give him a chance but he will have to live with that.

IMO if the back four becomes more settled so will he. The goal on Saturday comes from a Zabba error, Bravo will probably say himself he could maybe have done better but the blame IMO goes to Zabba for being weak as piss.

We urgently need a settled back line. Five clean sheets in fourteen is shocking but don't let people fool you and says it's all down to Bravo. It's a collective. Joe Hart would not be keeping clean sheets in this team.

Stop avoiding the elephant in the room - Could you take Joe Corrigan in a fight?

Even i could these days , joe has aged gracefully and is a lightweight compared to his "Souness Body slamming" days.

Yeah well, defending is the other 50% of football.

Is it? Really?

I don't think defending is 50% of the game. The sole object of the game is to put the ball in your opposition's goal.

There is a note in this report... http://www.bbc.com/sport/football/38054997 ..that "There may be disappointment that their run of four successive Champions League clean sheets is over." Really? Does anyone at Leicester genuinely give a shit about this in this context? Or is it media-driven shite?

Brugge scored in the above match but it did not matter at all because Leicester scored two. I think this is fairly basic stuff, mate.

Good City keepers have proper blokes names like Joe, Bert, Frank and Joe. Not Claudio. It's a poncy name. Hope that helps.

More seriously. A clown that can pass a bit may not be the answer beyond this season.

How about Geronimo.

I know we only had him for 5 minutes but I liked Arnie too. Geronimo can join the scouts.

His best one for City so far for sure. Hopefully this will be the level he will be playing for the remainder of the season.

SKY SPORTS this morning starting the build up to Saturdays game with Chelsea , they have shown this seasons stats so far comparing Bravo and Chelsea Keeper Courtois .......... for all the knockers out there Bravo,s stats are better than Courtois and Chelsea are top of the league !
I am a fan of Bravo but was amazed at said stats , it just shows what a good keeper he is even with a defence in front of him that is still learning a system and finding its feet .

Some sarcastic souls might think you're being a bit generous there No.64.

Elevating our back players to the status of being "a defence" might suggest a degree of organisation.

(just joking :) :) )

I've recently taken to referring to it as our "back line" if that helps at all?

Even calling it a line is generous considering the way Otamendi 'defends'.

It's a difficult proposition altogether.

There must be some suitable description somewhere, but I don't for the life of me know where to search for it. :?

The colander collective. The back sifter. The sieve four.
