So Sky and the FA have problems now.

Rags are 4 points+goal diff from the top 4.
Dippers are sinking like a stone.
Arsenal are shitting themselves.

We look like we are getting our act together and have an 'easy' run of games.

Wonder what they are telling the refs?

You'll find out from Dean on Sunday.

So called easy run of games but then followed by a hellish run of games.

dean will give something stupid so it's important we are enough ahead when it happens

It's an old trick: make the rules so complicated that they are open to interpretation and you can make them do anything you want - physical challenges, dissent, off-sides(!!!), playing advantage, quick free-kicks, goal-line officials who are blind to all but whether or not the ball crossed the line, added time, post-match reviews of match decisions, use of social media, crowd behaviour, ...the list goes on. I don't think it has necessarily been deliberate but the complicity, sorry complexity, is a natural result of creating rules to fix the shortfalls of other rules, the evolution of the off-side rule being a prime example. There's no realistic chance of the Associations simplifying the game as the direction of travel is predominantly the other way, video evidence being the one exception, and influential and manipulative forces within or associated with the game can get decisions bent in their favour - and the game thrives on controversy and argument anyway.

Soon to be added to the mix will be the 'sin bin' and it doesn't take much imagination to see favoured clubs such as the rags having opponents sin-binned at the end of games they are losing or needing to win.

The sin bin shite is the easiest way for them to guide the game to the "correct result" and it's there for all to see

Yes, this. ^
Not only is this extremely well put, but with a few word choice
tweaks could describe the USA's current political state to a 'T'.

And I see what you did there, nice faux slip of the finger with complicity!

After the Rags dismal show and our under powerful play, I'm expecting the worst this weekend.

Oh Dear, this is tricky now.

3 of our pets are sitting in positions 4, 5 and 6.
Our 2nd fav pet the Dippers have Spurs, Ars, MC and Everton in their next 6 games.
What are we going to do?

No problem. All we have to do is shaft 2 from positions 1 thru 3 i.e. MC and Spurs.

MC have Dippers, Ars and Chavs in the next 6. Job done. Reminder, brief the lads in black asap.
Spurs have Dippers in next game so do them as well. Easy peasy. Reminder, brief the lads in black asap.
Damm! That is not going to be enough.
OK so we have to shaft Spurs in games they are expected to win. No Problem. Tell the lads in black.
Job done!

I will be watching the refs ‘decisions’ in Spurs up coming games as closely as I watch ours.
