All part of the drama of the last day of the transfer season.
Wait until we score a lat minute winner.

Palace agree £26m fee for Sakho. Guess Mangala isn't going there

Pearce and Phelan on SSN now discussing Mbappe's move to PSG and how they will adhere to FPP rules. Coming to the conclusion the players may counteract the ruling by claiming restraint of trade as clubs might be put off from signing players because of financial regulations. Interesting, as when we spend money, and not nearly as much as PSG by the way, we are ruining football

We're obviously far more skilled and accomplished at ruining football than PSG so, by comparison, our French counterparts are like choir boys and deserve an easier media ride NB.

Still, if this constitutes a successful FFP defence, then UEFA's flagship vessel is dead in the water.

All in all though, from our own perspective on the transfer front, one can only conclude that it's been a funny old day......... :? :?

From that table, it looks as though Everton are making a valiant and determined effort to buy success.

Kevin Cummins‏
@KCMANC

Everton's Farhad Moshiri was fairly indiscreet on sky. Sounds like Barklay's agent has told him to hang on until Jan to get big pay day

Relates to what I was referring to about Alexis possibly coming to us next summer.

If you leave on a free you get a huge bonus since the buying club doesn't have to spend on any transfer fee.

If we sell Wilf and don't sign Jonny in the next ten minutes it will have been worth staying up for.
