Why was the offside flag be raised there. It was tight but Mahrez was onside. Actually VAR are checking for a penalty? A farce as the whistle had gone and Everton could claim they had stopped as the whistle had gone

Watched earlier Soton - Spuds and the commentator had an interesting input at that incredible handball not given penalty. The refs are together in this supporting each others decision, that is why at VAR we have those idiots that are one week on the pitch, the other in front of the screen.
