Truly gutted that The King has gone but most definitely NEVER forgotten.

You left us with some wonderful memories Colin and THAT atmosphere at the Newcastle game still sends shivers down my spine and will never be equalled.

Thank you and R.I.P King

RIP CTK
(Was always Colin Bell or Frannie Lee when I played for City in the local park!)
my first long sleeve shirt had an 8 on the back

true blue and legend
will be sorely missed
I wish there was a way to know you are in the good old days....before you've actually left them...

Gutted does not cover it. Tried to explain what sort of a player he was to my daughters and said that if you cloned KDB and David Silva together you would still only get a tenth of the player that he was.

RIP Nijinsky.

That's been horrible news. Manchester City without Colin Bell is unthinkable to me. Keep running Nijinsky.
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.
