In all probability it came off his arm but there is not conclusive evidence that the ball hit his hand, neither of the two angles available at the antique stadium show absolute proof that it hits his hand. Due to the lack of evidence the on field decision should have stood and a corner given. Mitrovic should have battered the snidey ref once he'd went as far as hitting his arm, hardly an assault but definitely a red card unless you wear a red strip then it's just the norm.
