He stays.

You think if we got a £200m offer for Foden we’d sell?

Wouldn't be half enough.

Theoretically if we received a bid of £200M for Foden I would imagine the DoF would discuss with the chairman whether it was merited

Who would we be selling to?
Do we have a replacement already in the squad? (Foden is KDBs ready made replacement already IMO)
Do we have to buy a replacement? Who is that? How much does he cost?

That sort of money has to be considered. And of course we may decide he is worth more than that and we decline the offer. But Sheblue is correct by saying everyone has a price

Foden isn’t Kev’s replacement. They’re two completely different types of players.

I honestly think that if a team bid £400m for Phil we’d reject it.

Definitely the calibre of player we need to be looking at along with Wirtz

If we end up signing another Nunez, Phillips, Gomez then the Barca boys can go. Obviously lost the plot.

It would be good to bin Walker as Captain. First he says England is more important than City for him. Then he throws Grealish under the bus and says he wasn’t surprised that he didn’t make the squad because of his indifferent form last season.

How many times did walker fuck up ?

Id sell him as well as Stones.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

Just incredible thinking he was a lump of shit also all season long.
He should not be near the captaincy armband.

Felt ill yesterday so sat on the couch and watched all the City goals from last season.

Grealish around Christmas was class. 3 goals in 3 games, a few assists. He was playing well and then got injured. Came back and then got injured again. Hardly his fault.

Walker - at fault for both goals against Newcastle away, one he showed Isak onto his right foot for a free shot at goal. At fault for the goal against Sheff Utd. At fault for the goal against Real at home. They’re just off the top of my head. Also caused issues halfway through the season when it came out he’d cheated on his Mrs multiple times. “Captain” ffs.

I never understood the line “if they want to leave they can leave” - I completely understand it now. Walker kicking up a fuss last summer flirting with Bayern, he should have gone. Pep spent more time meeting with Walker in restaurants to convince him to stay, could that time and effort have gone to Gundo? No fuckin wonder the guy left.

Great post Agree with it all. I'd add that Pep probabably talked to Gundo as much as Walker but Gundo was a tad more mature and just kept things a bit more confidential

Gundo said after he left that he didn’t get any offer from City until after the season and by then it was too late. Knocks me sick Pep had to beg Walker to stay, for the best team in the world.

IF Pep is leaving next summer that would terrible. Stinks of Fergie leaving United in the shit in 2013

Can’t see it happening unless the Barca boys have completely lost the plot.
