Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

I’m absolutely baffled to the “not kicked on comments”. Like I say, POTY last season not just for us. What the fuck do fans want him to do to “kick on”?!

He’s 24. Name a better 24 year old in his position.

For me it's simple. Can he lead his team and drag us with a moment of briliance like prime Dave and Kevin? No.
Again, imho.

He literally did it last season mate. Kev out for months and Foden dragged the team to the title. Look at the Brentford match away last season.

Look at the home derby, 1 down he scores 2 crackers, West Ham at home to win the league, scores an absolute beauty. Awesome last season, that's why his fellow pros voted for him. Still scored 1 in 3 this season.

Yep, the second part of the season, no one can take that away from him. I think Brentford started his run. But last season, for me, is the exception of the rule. That is why I believe what I wrote about him.

He’s 24 and was 22/23 last season when he won that award. He could still have 10 years in football.

No one is able to genuinely name a better 24 year old in Foden’s position

What's his position, to be honest? Because Pep moved him everywhere

Foden Bobb McAtee. They can’t all play centrally. I don’t believe in saying get rid when a player has a bad spell. In Foden’s case hes had an off season in a team which has had an off season. Nest season will be an important one for him and some others. If he doesn’t recover his form he won’t start in many matches. Rodri Nico plus AN other will likely be first choice in midfield. Not to stay we won’t need squad thickeners but Foden will rightly want more than that.
