And at this point, Everton are 4 points better off than last. For me, that's conclusive proof that he's shit!

He's fucking lost it, Big-time. Some of the waffle coming out of his gob his like watching Blackadder doing his 'Wibble' impression. As mentioned, he's 21 points (let me reiterate - 21 POINTS) worse off than last season. That is nearly a quarter of the points lost on last season already. They're also 9 points away from a CL spot and an amazing 16 points off retaining the title. Let's put that into perspective. They would have to win every single game and Chelsea lose a minimum of 6, a feat that would be very hard to do with 13 left as they've only lost 3 in 25. Hell, they can't even get a score at home to Fulham!

I don't know how long he's got but anybody in their right mind wouldn't want him at the helm and I can only think that the shadow of Old RasherChops is not only an influence on him but the club as a whole.

There are a lot of positive spin articles out there on Scum's financial figures today, but you could put it like this:

http://www.thebee.co.uk/news/national-s ... ofit-down/

Manchester United Ticket Sales And Profit Down

Manchester United have suffered a huge drop in their net income for the second half of last year.

England's most successful team reported a drop in profit of 49% during the six months to the end of December.

Total half-year net income plunged from £36.7m in 2012 to £18.7m last year.

The adjusted net income, once exceptional items are taken out, was £22m for the six months.

The team said this is its preferred method of showing income, and therefore was a rise of 19.6% compared to the same period in 2012.

It also reported a fall in matchday revenue of 3.7% in the last quarter of the year and the club said this was due primarily to playing one fewer home Premier League game.

The results come as the club struggles to qualify for the Champions League, a competition it has contested every year since 1995.

It has been a lucrative and reliable revenue stream for the team.

The decline in matchday revenue to £33.7m was offset by increased commercial and broadcast revenue of £89.2m.

The club, which is majority-owned by the Glazer family, saw staff costs at Old Trafford jump by 16.7% in the second quarter, up to £51.6m.

The leap in outlay was put down to "the impact of player acquisitions and renegotiated player contracts" in the second half of the year.

The outlay by the club does not include its most recent expensive player, Juan Mata.

The Spaniard joined the club in January for a record £37.1m.

Manager David Moyes has struggled to maintain the record of wins left by previous boss Sir Alex Ferguson.

The Red Devils most recently suffered a defeat in Stoke and draw at Fulham and now face Arsenal.

Sponsorship was up 39.4% in the second quarter of the reporting period due to global and regional contracts being started.

But other operating costs were up 29.3% in the second quarter to £20.3m, a result of partially blamed on foreign exchange losses.

So ignoring the spin they try and put by deciding to quote their figures from a different level on the spreadsheet, their new sponsorship deals have just about covered their operating costs?

Mainly new contracts for the dead wood, Fellaini with his poorly hand and they don't include Mata.

Without CL football the Glaziers may have to dip into the credit card again, i wonder if some of their sponsorship deals have conditions related to the team being in the CL and the amount they get dependent on the comp's they're in?

As for Moyes, they're in a great position! He's been given the holy blessing from Taggert who asked he be given time, the press have crawled up his arse since he was appointed - making him out to be the new Messiah and the fans have all done their little rallying cry's about how great they are and they stand together with the barn pot.

The Glaziers wont have a fucking clue what kind of storm is going to hit if they stick or fold with him, but their financiers and backers will be piling in some sever pressure!

They're stuck in limbo i reccon, no plan B because the team 'was so good' last season and with Taggert's blessing he was the only man - they'd groomed him for over 12 months (it wasn't a coincidence he never signed a new contract with Everton the turn coat cunt!)

Malkey Mackay is available!

Imagine what the figures will be next season, with empty seats, no CL and less sponsorship income because of it and a full season of big new contracts. Oh, and they need to buy about 5 players just to replace those they know are leaving.

They don't sack managers who've won trophies....no fear there then Gary, sack away.

Well played Moysie, they can't sack you after a draw at Arsenal, but a point doesn't help the rags much, and allows City to go top if we win game in hand. Week after week my admiration for you increases.

I agree. I'm beginning to hope he picks up a few wins soon before the media turns on him completely. Fortunately they haven't yet.

Best result possible. A few injuries would have helped though.

But why aren't they? They've had AVB whilst they were in a similar position as last year, with all the changes.

What a shower of shit that was last night. How Arsenal are up the top with that lot is beyond me.

As for Moyes - I used to think he was struggling a bit for various reasons - Fergie's poor squad, different club, bad luck, all the rest of it, jolly good laugh.

But there are definite signs of insanity or deliberate sabotage creeping in. For example:

Who was their best player whilst Shrek was out? Answer - Janusaj
What position did they LEAST need to strengthen? Answer - the 'No 10'
Which positions do they most need? Answer - any defender or box to box midfielder
Why did they buy Mata? - Answer - only because he was for sale, no other reason
Who do they drop when he comes in? Answer - best player Janusaj - who can actually tackle back
Where do they play Mata? Answer - stuck out on the wing where he's known to be pretty ineffective

Amazing, good man Moyes

These were answers to his presser?

This was shit we all knew months ago and when they bought Mata I told everyone who'd listen and most people who wouldn't that they would waste him on the wing or risk changing the system and really destroying their season.

Helped us out last night, if they can nick a point or 3 when they face Liverpool in a few weeks time I'll really start to warm to Moysie.
