It would be incredible of course if Messi rocked up at City. Pay him whatever he asks for a season or two, it would be worth it. The fallout at Barca could be huge, especially as the establishment in Madrid really does not like Catalonia right now. This could give him an excuse to jump ship at last. My feeling is that he will stay at Barca, family being settled there and all that - he'll probably end up taking a player/coach role eventually.
