I dont get Kid, his role is/was Assistant Manager but i dont see him doing anything at all on match day or in trainning sessions except take some of Roberto's fruit pastals. At least Platt talks with Roberto and gets involved more in trainning sessions and you see him at press conferences now and again, he is more of an Assistant Manager than someone who is just picking up a nice wage eating sweats on match day!!

Even that game against Reading he looks like a scared twitching Kid that was lost in the Park!

I use to think Kidd was the guy that did the man managing side that Roberto lacks but cleraly he never done that either.

Like to see him go myself cant stand the man, get someone in that actually has value or at least something to offer.

Platt was Bob's bilingual conduit. Kidd was the coach.

Wheres he coach then? The most ive seen him do is lay out cones wrong in pre season thats as far as ive seen him coach, admittingly im not at every training session but he seems more of a 'hanger on' to me. Send him back across the road to steal Fungi's chewing gum.

There have been a few times that the cameras have picked up on 'heated discussions' between Mancini and Kidd in the dugout. I think it got to the point where he gave up trying to give any input because it wasn't being listened to.
