I didnt think Dzeko was up to much when the ball came near him on Thursday but what he did do which shook the sporting defence was, for the first time in a long while, make his pressence felt.

He was jumping for headers with purpose, he was direct with his running, he was always on the move, he was putting his foot in.

He won a lot of headers today, more than I've ever seen him do before. The problem is; if we're ging to play like that, Balotelli & Dzeko aren't the right players. Bob has to sort out what kind of football he wants to play & get in the right players to do it.
