I agree. That's why your announcement of taking a break from the site was little bit surprising.

My announcement? I said I might take a break. You seem to revel in that even more than gloating when we lose.

You on the other hand seem to be mostly concentrating on snidy remarks rather enjoying the success of club you claim to love. I find that rather interesting.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Any remarks I made I stand by. There are one or two posters on here that allow their obvious agenda outweigh their enjoyment of amazing city performances.

You are one of them.

And I don't "claim" to love this club. I absolutely love it.

You saying that this time last year you were certain that we were out of the title race? Because that's what that other dude was saying. And I call bullshit on that. We were second in the table and at that stage title race was still on.

I didn't think it was on. And guess what? It wasn't. It was clear by December we weren't going to win the title.

we weren't mathematically out of the race by christmas ... and I stayed optimistic till we were, always believed in the team (like most) ... but going back and looking at some of those performances, it just wasn't on. Even when we would win, we didn't look confident or together as a team and even during the little runs we managed to put together, we were never flying. It always looked like we were on the verge of losing it, IMO at least.

last season we had possession without any substance. This year we have absolutely rectified that, but gone a bit softer on D. I'm enjoying this season far more and we look like we can beat anyone in the world on our day, home or away. I also believe that our away form is well on towards being great in the league and other teams are just pissing themselves at the thought of playing us.

I hadn't changed my view on the poll here for a few weeks as I don't think it's necessary to change after every game, but now I'm in the satisfied camp. Incredible home form, plus a strong Champions League campaign has put us in a good position in both competitions. Plus we're still in the League Cup with a great chance of progressing further.

I still have concerns over our away form in the League. The results were better against West Brom and Southampton, although we didn't play well for about 65 minutes against West Brom and were pretty dreadful against Southampton. However, at least we didn't lose which I'll take as a good start, with room for improvement.

I still think Kompany and Lescott would be our strongest centre back pairing, but Pellegrini doesn't seem to want to do that, and at least Demichelis (or pretty much anyone) is better than Nastasic or Garcia there.

Looking forward to today's Champions League draw. I don't think we need to fear anyone, and all of our potential opponents will be praying they don't meet us in the next round.

Inhave to question that claim. You rarely post about anything about City or football that has any substance to it but usually rather than celebrating our triumphs only try and pick a fight. I think YOU yourself are just about only one here who has very little interest in City or football but mostly just enjoy the row. I'm pretty sure that for you this could be Windows operators message board just as well. You'd behave just the same.

For a man who talks about "true Blues being around win, lose or draw" Original Dub has rather Dubious (pun intended) record himself. Probably the worst case of choosing when to be around yet now that he gets chance to shine you can't miss him around here. And it's GREAT for all of us that he DOES get to shine having predicted Pellegrini to do well. It's just that his motives leave me thinking.

As above topic from the past proves, you are extremely hypocritical and only in it for an argument.

Hmmm... that is presuming I didn't have a flight booked for that game. Only to see my passport was out of date... only to get an express passport.... only for the flight to be cancelled due to ash cloud... only to catch the boat to holyhead and drive to manchester... only for paul fucking scholes to score that goal... only for us to see stephen ireland in his ridiculous car, stopped and texting on his phone, not looking at the road... which was scholes road...
Only to drive to stoke by accident and by the time we reached holyhead we missed the boat home and had to wait six hours for the next...

So it could have been worse!
