We need the rags to win against the dippers, and a win against the baggies to ensure agent moyes keeps his cover under wraps.

We've got to lend him our support, the rags don't know how to do it.

I posted to my rag cousin on FB "You'll be happy to know Moyes has a 94% approval rating....on our City forum"

I laugh and laugh, he does like to give it out, no response from him yet.

No doubt about it, the Glazers are asking questions. It's whether they are going to be held hostage, as per the Wiggums deal, or are they going to take it within their own hands and do the right thing?

Only if they hire Leslie next.

Good call, I'm up for that.

It's getting like the last days of the Reich:

http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/ch ... en-3187152

Manchester United have threatened to suspend season ticket holders from their derby clash with Manchester City unless they buy a ticket for their next Champions League clash.

The under-pressure club have written to supporters who are yet to snap up a ticket for the must-win second leg clash against Olympiacos.

David Moyes' team will attempt to stage a comeback from 2-0 down against the Greek side.

In an email sent to one fan, the club said that the deadline to pay for the Olympiakos match, on March 19, was 8pm tonight.

The club said that if the supporter does not buy a ticket they will have their season ticket suspended for the clash with City on 25 March.

The message has been sent by Sam Kelleher, Ticket Operations Manager at Old Trafford.

United operate a system in which season ticket holders agree to buy additional tickets for cup matches although there is an opt out option for Capital One Cup games and under 16s can opt out of FA Cup matches.

A Reds spokesman pointed out that this system has been in operation for a number of years and added that there was no reason to make an exception for this tie. If fans do not buy a ticket then they are suspended for the next home league match.

The spokesman said: “We did notify fans that failure to pay for a game in the cup scheme would mean a suspension from the next game.

"We have consistently done this throughout this season (this is not the first time).

" The terms and conditions are clear: 'in respect of each home cup match for which the Ticket Holder fails to provide valid payment card details or for which the Ticket Holder’s card or payment is declined, the Ticket Holder’s Season Ticket may be suspended for one home league match.

"This measure was introduced at the start of last season. If we successfully sell the ticket the fan has failed to pay for, they can apply for a refund of the City ticket at the end of the season.”

I fear that Agent M has done his job too well. We dont want him being sacked if press rumblings have any foundation. Agent Rene needs to be trained up just in case...

Saw a copy of the MUEN earlier & there's an interesting little piece tucked away there re transfers. Basically it confirms what we all knew about how Ferguson ran the show at Utd.

It says that when Moyes arrived, & went to use Utd's sophisticated database regarding transfers, he found that they hadn't got one. Details re players were all 'in the head' of Utd's chief scout. So Ferguson was basically operating with his trusted lieutenant to sign players, & nobody else will have had a clue exactly what they were getting; it as all upto him.

There's four things here:

1) That means they can't possibly have the same kind of knowledge about players as their competitors.
2) It means Ferguson left Moyes right in the shit, not only off the pitch but on it & just thought of himself rather than all the bullshit about 'building for the future' he built fuck all & was living in the past.
3) Mancini said he wanted to run City in the same way & have the same control as Ferguson, which a decent percentage of City fans were voiciferously in favour of it happening & against the idea of someone else keeping control.
4) Why was Moyes appointed instead of interviewing applicants as normal ? Because Ferguson was the only bloke at the club with hands on football knowledge & the capability to assess people from a football perspective & actually make a qualified decision! He asked around a few people like Pep, found they weren't interested, & then picked his young apprentice for the job.

...while I still maintain that Agent Moyes is safe for now, it is evident that he has lost (most of) the shed ; the players were playing to get him the flick vs. Olympiakos ; note the turning point was Shrek$ new contract and the resentment it has caused - Shrek was the only one who put his boots on v the Greeks, the rest either want out or want Moyes out. Anyone else think it's at all conceivable that Van Persie deliberately skied his shot over the bar at the end of the game, or am I just a total conspiracy theorist?

whilst we are onto conspiracies, anyone think that Rooney will become player manager when Moyes leaves ha ha only joking but I would love to spread the rumour that he has had a clause put unto his contract that he would be interviewed for the role as part of the shortlist process. After all he is a genius.

I really hope Moyes stays. At least until he's had a chance to spunk their transfer money this summer. I have a feeling if he goes they'll go for an established, manager rather than one of Fergie's undestudies.

all of the usual suspects will be rolled out

Louis van Gaal if he leaves the Dutch job after the World Cup
Guus Hiddink now a free agent after leaving Anzhi
Frank Rijkaard available after being sacked by Saudi Arabia national team
Jupp Heynckes free agent but said he doesnt want to coach again....enough money and he may be tempted
Ronald Koeman at Feyenoord but would move to the prem I reckon
Ottmar Hitzfeld has annunced he is leaving the post of swiss boss after the world cup

Forget Pep (Has it all at Bayern) or Mourinho (wont leave unless he is sacked) or Capello (just signed an extension until 2018), Carlo Ancelotti (has it good at Real)....

but maybe they might go for ....... HARRY?

True, I just think after trying a 'long term' manager they might opt for a quick term fix, someone just to get them going in the right direction. Even if it is only for one or two seasons. A bit like Gus Hiddink did for Chelsea.

I hope not, Moyes is doing too good of a job. All he needs now is to bring in Leon Osman.
