2020£23.2M

In any 3 year period they have exceeded the permitted cumulative looses of £105M

Still wondering how the rags have passed PSR regulations on exceeding losses cumulatively of £105M over the last three years

Surely it will be explained by the media how, given their posted losses over this period are far in excess of what is permitted, they have avoided any sanctions. Perhaps it’s all the money they have spent on the swamp? Or their world class training facilities?

A pisstake.

I've been following the odds on Betfair for Man City to get relegated, and most recently they were 11/1 to go down. Obviously this is based on the possibility of a forced relegation due to the 115 open charges.

The interesting thing is that today there are no longer any odds for Man City to be relegated. Fulham are 500/1 and no club above them in the league has listed odds. *Aside : ManUre are 40/1.

I wonder has some news broken about the verdict?

It has been manipulated for the sake of the Rags. The PL will be taken to court by clubs if the PL try to charge anyone and ignore the Rags. The PL would get slaughtered .

Perhaps he'd be wiser asking the Glazers for some of the billions back.

Indeed, they've had his pants down. Have put him front and centre to pick up the flak and pocketed his £££. Cannot fault them

Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola says the club expects to learn the outcome of the hearing into its 115 charges of alleged Premier League financial rule breaches "in one month".

Don't know why Pep is getting involved unless it is the club going on the attack following yesterday's statement? Interesting change of dynamics from us if so

This seems important. Tribunal declare PSR rules illegal.

Here’s the full article. The rules on associated party rules in operation till recently unlawful in their entirety. It means decisions on deals under the old rules are apparently void. PL claim that the new rules voted in recently are fine. City dispute that. The same Tribunal will rule shortly on these. City are claiming costs from the PL.

This has nothing to do with the main case where the PL allege numerous breaches of FFP rules where a judgement is expected in a month or so.

It's not PSR, it's the associated partners i.e. sponsorship

It's what we told them not to rush ahead into afyer the last time as they had to come up with something legal or we'd take them to tribunal again. They did not listen to anyone other than the other 16 clubs and have embarrassed themselves again. I'm not an expert in law but these clowns have highly qualified legal people in their corner who just don't seem to understand law.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

They've got to pay our legal fees, lots of clubs can claim compensation and our lawyers are the same ones who've represented us for the 115 charges.

I do think it'll be the end of the red tops calling the tune. Certainly Masters will be gone, and his successor won't be chosen by the rags and murderers.
