If I forked out £100 on let's say Liverpool and Chelsea at home does that make me a better fan than if I saved my money and went to let's say west brom, fulham and Stoke? There's a JLS concert in Cardiff next month if your interested??? Only £50.00 a ticket I'm getting on it wouldn't miss this opportunity! It's their first concert of the month and they've spent a fortune on special effects

First game of the season should be a sell out...if you can't be arsed going...like I said...save your £6...pop to morrisons and get yourself some wagon wheels...get home...make yourself a brew...slouch onto the sofa and watch it on the telly...and if it doesn't sell out...don't blame me if the rags take the piss out of our empty seats...because I will be there

cheers ;-)

So do you think the rags will ave a bigger percentage of their gate filled with local fans than us then mate?

Today you have come across almost as bad as the cunt who couldn't stop whinging about the snow in Feburary because it spoiled his day, its all "me me fucking me".

Have you thought that if everyone thought like you, we would need a 60,000 seat stadium for the big games, and we could close a tier for the games vs Wigan, Stoke etc because every cunt who can only make a couple of games would have spunked their money on Liverpool, Rags & Chelsea just so you didn't have the ignomy of a few empty seats and your reputation amongst rags to worry about. Thank fuck for people like Rae ARE following the club that we actually have a crowd for some of the more uninspiring fixtures.

You shout the odds without a care in the world for other people, people who have limited means, people who choose their family over football. You have just had a kid, well just wait till you have to explain to the Mrs why you can't afford a two week holiday instead of one, or the latest playstation game for your nipper, or heaven forbid, pay the bills because you have spent it all on City, because one day, your priorities WILL change, and perhaps thats when you will grow up and stop insulting other blues who dont fit your vision of what a fan should be.

You clearly love city, and obviously prize going to city above all else, so I just hope that you are fortunate enough to never have to make the decision that thousands of blues have to every fucking week.

Perhaps to fit in with you, we should all be having it large on Chester Road roundabout? Or perhaps many of us disagree with your way of supporting city. Just sayin

Maybe they should say 'Timasaura'? Box office error.

I've got a season ticket. £500. Represents good value.

If I didn't this game would be £48.

£48 is too rich for my blood. I know a lot of my mates have been priced out.

47,000 at the game allegedly.

Must have gone on tickets sold or a blatent lie, as there were empty seats all over the show. Where we were sat, there were empty seats in front and on both sides.

What surprised me more is that 5 or 6 boxes were completely empty for such a big game, still work to do on the corporate side clearly.

Standard practice now I'm afraid, though total madness. ST holders sitting by the pool in Rhodes are still counted as attended. That's why Scum and Arse register such huge crowds in the Carling cup when you can see swathes of empty seats.

There were a few empty seats here & there, mainly a few rows in parts of the family stand & the odd 2 or 3 here & there, not thousands of them. That, & empty seasts amongst the scousers will accout for the attendance not being quite as high as capacity & looks just about right to me.
