How does the group work? Last time we were in this we didn't play every team home and away. We just played each team once, is it still the same?

No it's not...we play everyone home and away...it basically copies the chumps league from here on in.

It's 6 dates meaning that we play every team home and away.
Then it was 6 teams each group.
