At this stage we should just move Boateng to CB and not buy ANOTHER defender... we need a replacement for Johnson primarily imho.

Unless of course we make 2 signings...

If that ones true Im not sure what the hell it says about how low Mancio rates SWP - lower than snake piss is the natural deduction.

Thought Larsson was out of contract in the summer so why would they loan him and then let him walk? And why would he leave and kiss off a Cup Final appearance with Brum?

Interesting about Vertonghen. I think our scouts were watching Ajax the other day and everyone assumed we were watching Van der Wiel. There again I thought were in for a winger, not a defender. Also would Ajax want to sell having also sold Suarez?

I can see the merits in signing larsson, hes not the future but we only need someone to do a quick job for us and at last mins notice its better than no one!

Ajax came out today saying they rejected a bid from a Premier League club for v.d. Wiel because they sold Suarez already.

Gotta love this, a player who was supposed to move to a German club has been abandoned and is now at an airport in Germany and is going on Talksport in a 'come and get me' plea.

I have gone back through the deals and the only one I can see was Tuncay to Wolfsburg.

The main difference between Larrsson & SWP is that Larrson can usually deliver a ball & SWP, sadly, can't be arsed learning to do it.
