If slow motion was the norm we would be kings of the world. Unrotunately the modern football world is more fast forward.
We are so slow that I thougt my river had frozen at times.
Maybe we can bore them to sleep and then walk the ball into the net.

It is going to take something of the scale of extreme makeover to convince me he is worth the money.

Too early to write him off, but all valid points, to be fair!

When I heard that Ferguson had passed on him because he lacked the pace for the Premier League, - which he had said prior to us signing him, - I worried.
Still, we've always got SuperMario!

A 0-0 first leg draw for the home team is never, in my opinion, a bad result.
We need a goal please.

Pssh give him time, he will come good. Wouldn't be shocked at all if he scored in this game.

I am surprised there hasnt been mention here of the state of the pitch like there was at County. It played well there but this one is hard and bobbly and not easy to play quick passes on.Hence those shocking passes that have given the ball away to create our only problems.

Yaya and Barry just havent got creation or drive in them and so far Dzeko is having a poor day.So like shrek lets hope he scores to be a world star.

A few moments of carelessness otherwise we've bossed the game. I thought Boateng looked much more comfortable at centre back than at right back. We haven't managed to open them up much but they've almost played like the away side keeping plenty of men behind the ball at all times. Hopefully they'll tire in the second half and we'll slot in a couple.

Good thing he isn't playing there tonight so.

oh seemed like it since he always there

Our midfield is narrow on the left hand side giving him a free reign to get up and down. He's a left back in a defensive four though.

YaYa looks as if he's using this game as a breather.
Even in the physical challenges he's been lacking.
The pitch may have something to do with it but we need to cut out long ground passes and either only play short balls, or balls in the air

More evindence that he is a future CB - much safer than at full back and if Micah carries on as he is, we don't need to look at anyone else as RB

Boring 1st half of City away against a poor squad, and that's enough! Dzeko needs to play other ten games before to come back as the magnificent striker of Wolsburg!
From Torino, Italia to Manchester, Lancashire this City is always our City!

Boateng has looked much better at centre back, but the problem is how to accomodate him, and Lescott?
We've got four players, not forgetting young Boyata, - all of whom prefer to play centre back

Fred Eyre full of melancholy about Dzekster...He seem to stop short of calling him a big hairy minge.
