Being in the army I am normally away but will be back in Manchester this weekend to see my daughter, if anyone has a spare ticket that they want financially rewarding for, then I am more than willing to take it off their hands.....Come on City!!!

Given that it's my first post, I'll not come out and ask for a free pair of tickets ;o)

I'm a blue exiled in Windermere (not a bad place to be exiled if you like hills and...rain), formally of Burnage and Withington. My 5 year old (Jackson) has been asking for me to take him to his first City game. My normal hook up has (understandably) not been able to get hold of tickets.

I'm giving serious thought into getting tix from a tout at the ground. I figure if I wait 5-10 mins after kick off I might be able to get a deal that doesn't cost the earth (like everyone else, I'm skint at the mo). Sooo, my question is, does anyone have any advice? How much do the tickets tend to go for? Any scams I should be wary of?

Any help is really, really appreciated. Given that I'm driving 80-odd miles down with Jackson it would be nice if they were putting the match on a telly in City Square as a back up...

I personally wouldnt go anywhere near mary d's with a 5 year old on sunday. Its going to be like sardines in there.
