We need to sign another player to feed him imo but I expect Dzeko to step up to the plate now if he stays. I expect to see a much mentally tougher player than the one we saw last season. Winning the league will make a big difference I recon. It SHOULD do anyhow.

We need good wide men Ted and Edin will be on fire

not going to be Bale, he's just signed a new 4 year deal at Spuds
Never criticise a man until you've walked a mile in his shoes.
That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

It is possible he had a poor run due to being a bit miffed and his head wasn't 100% on the job and wasn't improved by not getting games.. that is a tricky situation for both player and manager. However as he got the vital goal to change the season there is more than a good chance all that will have changed, there is no reason for Dzeko not to feel like a key player. My guess would be that given the right attitude he will improve himself to be another reliable first choice for the team. It is set up perfectly imo for the coming season, if he can't show that he is capable of being first choice over the course of the season then maybe it is time to ask some questions, but not now.

My feelings exactly.

Such loyalty, such devotion. Too bad he didn't show that when he was at Southampton, first ship to pull in and he was there on the docks waiting to service sailors to get away.

Spurs have just ensured they will get a big fee when he does decide he wants to leave.

Or Bale has just ensured he can move next year for a fee which clubs will be willing to (& can afford to) pay: ie a lot less than the £40 mil Levy wants now ?

Sniff of the rags about this.

I think losing Modric will hurt them and they want to ensure that the team doesn't get completely dismantled in the next year. Whoever they get as manager will have a hard enough time filling the perceived godlike shoes that Twitchy has left behind and if they don't stay near the top of the league come January you may find players scattering to get off a sinking ship.

Dzeko's a very good player. He more often than not influences a game for the better. He also gives us something different to the other strikers. Therefore we should keep him. I like him. A confident Dzeko is fantastic too. Scores all kinds of goals.

Completely agree, I think we should keep all four strikers at this point and if anyone were to leave it should be Tevez. I don't see anyone available without bullying that would significantly improve the side, I like Benzema but if Real let him go then they are complete mugs. Falcao as well, but Atletico have told everyone to bugger off and was only signed 12 months ago for €40M, so even if we went after him it would surpass Aguero's pricetag.

According to information obtained by The Mirror , Rossoneri have agreed to pay 20 million pounds for the citizens of the Bosnian striker. Board of Milan has already contacted the heads of City, to reach early agreement on the transfer of Edin, and apparently are satisfied with the offer on Etihad by AC Milan, and are willing to let the diamond.

I transalete best i could its from Bosnian portal.

I hope its more than 20mill, how much did we pay 24mill? It's not like his performances last year would have devalued his worth by 17%!

It's not just later than yesterday that Uncle Fester (aka galliani) stated that italian clubs ahave no money and fans must forget dreaming of top players...
