Nothing to laugh about yet. They are still involved in 3 competitions and could win all 3 especially as they are always the best team in the run in from Christmas.

But how BAD are they? I just could not believe how crap they were in that 2nd half.

bbc.co.uk commentary:

1843:

Spare a thought for Birmingham, Bristol Rovers and Crawley. Those three were drawn at home against the winner of this teatime clash in the fourth round.

With due respect to Swansea, they will have spent a couple of hours dreaming of entertaining the biggest guns in the domestic game.

HAHAHAHAHA.

The best of this is that moyes repeatedly states that he's got them playing well . . all I can say is keep it up then moyes, keep it up.

PS. If anyone wants to organise a "moyes he chosen one" banner for us to fly at the Etihad then I'll be happy to put a score in the hat.

If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

What they'll be concentrating on is a desperate fight for 4th spot. They've no chance of the League title and as for the Champions League give me a break. The league cup gets them into the Europa League which just isn't good enough even if we fuck up and let them in. If they don't get top four Rooney could be off and they can forget about competing for the handful of really top players available in the close season. It won't be easy to fight off Liverpool Everton and Spurs for fourth. Not easy at all. Be interesting to see whether the Chosen One can survive fifth spot whatever whiskey nose might say.
