France should be in this group not Italy...

Hart can forget about being World Class. He went down way too early.

Yeah, we really struggled to score goals. Let's have absolutely no class and buy everyone.

No doubt our exit will be Rooney's fault. Not a word of Gerrard criticism in the press tomorrow.

What a goalie Hart is becoming. Find a pair of new centre backs and you'll have a solid defence to fall back on for some years to come.
"I used to be 6 foot 2 with curly hair, look what it's done to me"

"In my career so far it's the most important goal. You score the goal in the last minute to win the title. You're not sure if that's ever going to happen in your career again. I wish I could tell you how I did it but I can't. I thought for all the world that Mario was going to have a go himself but he just moved it on one more and it fell at my feet and I just thought: 'Hit the target, hit it as hard as you can and hit the target.' And it went in."

Rooney was great tonight aswell.
Gerrard can piss off. Let's his country down. We had all the momentum and should have won that.
Gutted.

Also what a player Suarez is, clinical.

I just knew it. I was a big Hodgson advocate because I thought he'd bring the youth through but his nonsense with the 1st team has fucked himself right over.

What's he trying to prove, that the Dippers (who he got sacked from) could win the World Cup?

Is this sarcasm? I'm a bit worried, as I feel he committed too early to the near post for the second goal. The shot went straight through the middle.

This would seem to be the case. The idea that a proven winner and clever player like Milner didn't justify getting on the pitch tonight in front of a bunch of inept dipper players beggars belief.

Build a team around Barkley and get the dead wood out. A thank you and good bye to the likes of Gerrard and Lampard. How the fuck Wellbeck plays is beyond me, it really is. Rooney played well tonight and i actually found myself feeling a little sorry for him after his treatment this past week. You know your never going to win a World Cup when you have to throw Rickie Lambert on to save you. Not good enough for where England want to be and go.
