Cheer up pal, it could be worse, you could be thinking this is out 'Game of the Season' like we used do back when 'We were Shit'.

Seems Butthead is warily saying we are favourites yet the bookies have them as slight favourites, which I agree with. The advantage they have is that they're at home, we're without Sergio and Dave, and they don't mind throwing an elbow or two.

Are they better than us though, are they fuck!

It does feel weird now it's not our cup final anymore. I hate the fuckers and hate losing to them even more, but nobody wins or loses the league tomorrow. I hope we stuff them, but I get more nervy being at their place.

Plenty of news out there but it all seems to start with 'LVG/Rags This, LVG/Rags That'. Even read a report showing 6 great stats yet every single one of them were for the Rags with the main stat being their wins over the era of the PL. Wonder how they've got on recently because they seemed not to want to let people know.

Just done my predictions and am very confident with my Rags 1 v 3 City prediction. Even made it my banker.

Rags are really quiet ???? Not heard hardly a whisper the last couple of days after some goading from the cunts very early in the week . They are shitting themselves even with Aguero and most likely Silva out injured . Wonder if the obnoxious twats are missing the dippers in there "all our yesterday's" "proper" derby ????? yep that meaningless mid table affair which means fuck all ? I mean tomorrow's Manchester derby is now possibly the biggest derby in the world and the rags aren't making any noises ??? they used to be so cocky and full of themselves those self acclaimed "biggest club in the world" band wagon cunts ........ must be hard for them these days bless !

Come On City !!!!
Not really here

Press are trying to cause a rift with Kompany and Pellers. On the back of the Mail today they're running with the story. Wankers!

i like that Pellegrini has come around to the idea that Kompany--the captain--is no loner undroppable.
granted, revealing that to the press only gives them more fuel for the Pellegrini vs. Kompany story, but im glad he's realized it.

The press are loving hyping up the Kompany debate. It may well be Pellers doesn't want to rush him back. Muscle tears need to heal properly if you want them to heal at all.

As an aside, I just bought tickets for Wednesday night for me and my 6 year old lad. His first ever live game. Proud moment!

Brilliant! I hope you both enjoy yourselves. You might want to take a few photos so he can look back on it in the future.

I wish I could remember my first match. It is a bloody long time ago.

Perhaps he shouldn't be allowed to give interviews either.

Anybody notice how the SS promo for our match has Marshall scoring followed by the Tyler pronouncing 'The Demolition Derby'?

Strange, you'd think they'd use that voice over after showing us scoring?

More ratings comparing players for the best 11. This one only includes players fit to play in the match.

A bit harsh on Sagna and Fernandinho if you ask me, althogh 7.5 for Fern1 isn't a bad rating, 7 is too low for Sagna. They've been brilliant this season. I can't think of a bad game Sagna has had, and only the last one for Fernandinho.

This is all being overblown. Pellegrini does not say anything specifically about him being dropped due to Komany's performance or behaviour. This is what he said according to this piece with a clearly slanted title on ESPNFC:

http://www.espnfc.us/manchester-city/st ... pellegrini

"We bought Otamendi and he didn't play because they were doing so well. After that there's a lot of things why the performances of the players change and it is my duty to choose the best 11 every game."

He added: "He was five weeks without playing and on his return he played 45 minutes, he's fit. We'll see when he'll return. But I always say this team is better with Vincent than without him."

Sounds like it is more to do with us not taking chances making him come back so soon with a chronic injury when we have someone like Otamendi, who we spent some good money on is supposedly considered a quality defender fit to play.

I've already said that. with the media that you lot have over there across the pond, no one should give an interview. ever.

I was thinking the same, especially as we haven't drawn so far this season. Won't be 0-0 though.

THIS.

No way are we keeping a clean sheet.

Well, I was half right.
