CL games 11/4

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Vidals reaction to another Madrid fan who impersonates the ref. Bavaria's red-sinner Vidal became even more drastic in his choice of words. The Chilean after the match: "If two top teams play against each other, the referee must not be the clown, who makes the game to the show and gives Real the advantage. It is terrible, terrible. You could kill yourself. When we were 2: 1, they were afraid. But then the referee started with his show, and with a man less it is very difficult. This robbery can not go through in the Champions League. " Try playing for City, it's a pen, oh no it's not......

If you watched the replay, you'd know that Muller chests the ball into Lewandowski's path.

Every decision, no matter how small, they protest. Both fans and players

Respect to the Barca fans. Some of the ones at the etihad have been dickheads but they supported their team tonight even when they knew they wouldn't progress. I wish we had that level.of support at the etihad. Full house and excellent support at full time when 3-0 down.

And so Group C claims it's final club. I wonder who they'll pair us against next season given that Beloved Barca are more vulnerable.

I really want to see Juve draw Monaco. I want to see how good Monaco are when they dont play the two of the worst defenses in the knockout stages two rounds in a row.

Supporting City at a game, some fuckers do need to give it a go. Or go to an away game or 2 it could be educational. I cannot wait for Sunday thousands of blues on the road, what could be better, Wembley is blue.

The scales need to fall from your eyes Saul if you think of us in those terms - Pep has an 11 man defence you know ;)

But you cant even compare our poor defense--or Dortmund's--to the likes of Juve, Bayern, and Atletico or even Barca and Real. The way Monaco easily tore our defense and Dortmund's apart was embarrassing. Granted, it could instead be a testament to their offensive masterclass. Thats why I want to see them prove it against a good defense, and there's none better than Juve's BBC right now

I notice you left out the Foxes....
The paradigm has shifted Saul, time to catch up with the Pep revolution - defence is actually the first stage of attack - I think our leader has borrowed this concept from Clausewitz or possibly Pulis.

Perhaps even earlier than Clausewitz JC (I'm thinking of Hannibal at Cannae in 216 BC) ??
