Wouldn't be a terrible thing. Goalscoring is a lot down to mental psychology. Which works both ways. Get the lad scoring again at whatever level and he is more likely to score for the first team as his confidence is higher

If you think his confidence is low now, couldn't that make it worse?

I hear you and others though.

I really like him otherwise and am backing him to find his form eventually as this is not a Balloteli-like situation as he does help the team in other ways.

GET IN PHIL!!!!!!

His teammates seemed very happy for him even if it was clearly an accidental goal lol

I agree with this. He does most things great, he just can't hit the onion net at the moment.

I still think it will come good for Jesus.
I think he has strengthened up and his overall game is very good.

He’s just overthinking in front of goal.
Can’t sort his feet out.
He’ll come good before Mahrez, I’ll bet.

Yes it could make the problem worse. We would also then know for certain he isn't going to be Aguero's replacement and we buy accordingly. He has to has strong mental toughness to be in our team. Shape up or ship out as they say

Sterling off for Sane so each get 45 and aren't run down too much. Plus Sterling looked like he pulled an abductor early in that half.

I am not sure who should come in for KDB around the 60 minute mark. No way should Bernardo and Fernandinho come on. Maybe Sandler with Stones moving up to DM and Gundogan moving forward into KDB's role.
