The penny seems to have dropped for PeP.

The truth is we play better without a forward end of. Jesus just gets slagged for not scoring, but spends most of his time in midfield.
Kun looks anonymous as well when he plays.

I could hear you typing when he tripped himself up. Would be funny if it didn't happen so often...

Into the last 8 and that's great.
But worried Peps brain will go into massive overheat now.
Irrespective of the opposition we get, has he learned?
That is the question.

Thoroughly professional performance tonight. Got the early goals to make certain of the tie and just controlled the game in second/third gear. Another solid clean sheet, that’s seven in a row now.

There are obviously better sides than BM left in the hat, but I will wager not one of them would be pleased to draw us, especially over two legs. We have a great opportunity to go deep

I hold my hands up. They’d be tears of joy though. I don’t want him anywhere near any meaningful games. Cameos like today when the tie is won but it won’t happen. Pep won’t be able to resist. I just hope it doesn’t cost us.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.
