Walker is ahead of Cancelo, surely?

Bournemouth too are sniffing.

Won't be staying at City though he has spoken out to say he wants to play regularly and won't rule out another loan (over a perm move)

I’m not sure who’s advising him but “I’ve got to go out and get games under my belt” is terrible advice for a 20 year old keeper. They play until they’re about 40, there’s no rush at all. If he had anything about him he’d be saying, “I want to push Steffen for the second spot and build on that”.

But entirely up to him if he wants to go play for shite teams and just get pelted with shots.

This one will divide opinions. Some think he will play better with a striker, others think he's done.

I would like to see how he gets on with Haaland in the team. But its not so simple with one year left, if he stays he either gets a contract extension now or walks for free in 12 months, possibly after having a decent season and we end up getting nothing.

Totally agree, next to Pogba he has got the face that you would want to smack, horrible cunt, who should have been sent off numerous times, and, would have been if he played for any other club.

Yep... You'd have to smack it for me tho mate, as I couldn't touch the ugly cunt....

Yes, give him one for me too. I'd be a little scared to accost him.

Does my head in 99% of time, but I wouldn't sell Gabby for anything in the world.
He is a fantastic squad player to have and I think he is really a great guy.

I wouldn't stop in his way if he is determined to go but would love to see him stay.
His work rate and ethics are something I've always respected.

Agree re Gabby. Excellent squad player. Can play winger or 3rd striker. If he improves his finishing he could be a really solid addition for several more years.

Perfect fit for Liverpool.
He fails the character test for us.

All excellent qualities, but the truth is despite his effort, application and work rate, he just doesn't have the top level quality we need in those critical moments. With the arrival of the new attackers Gabbys opportunities will be more limited. So its probably best if he moves on and leaves on good terms with the best wishes from all.

I would let Sterling leave this summer, preferably to a club abroad though.

Overall he's been a great signing for us, but his performances levels have massively dropped off over the past 2 seasons.

He's still playing well for England so his hunger and talent are still there, I just think his time is up with us.

This happens sometimes. No hard feelings, wish him all the best for the future.

We should be able to get reasonable fee for him, even with 1 year left on his contract.

I'm not sure if we need him, maybe want him but for what he's demanding, it's time to move him on and promote within. I'm not getting into debate whether he's a good player, just feel his tenure with us has come to an end.

Agreed. If he wants to stay, and the club want that too, then he signs a contract. If not - bye! All the best.

We don’t need any player. That’s been proven with Yaya, Kompany, Aguero, Silva going.

The idea that Cancelo, Laporte, Sterling etc leaving his summer with no adequate replacements would improve the squad is beyond parody.

We've got more than adequate replacements for Sterling. Foden, Mahrez and Grealish are all top wide players and we've brought in the 2 top quality strikers.
Sterling started 23 PL games last season and less than half the CL games. With Alvarez and Haaland that's only going to go down as he doesn't keep the ball as well as the others, constantly makes the wrong option in and around the box. Give him time to think and he freezes. After 2 great seasons in 18 and 19 he's gone backwards and while he's not a bad player he's not at the level of the others mentioned in my opinion. The big games, Dippers, derbies, Chelsea, late stages CL it's been Kev, Mahrez, Bernardo, Phil- even Grealish when he came on in Madrid tore them apart and was very unlucky. Raz didn't do it in any of those games and i can't see that changing. 2 top strikers brought in, 1 can go.

Cancelo signed a new contract in Feb this year.
Laporte put a post on Twitter saying he’s thankful he doesn’t have to chase after Haaland for a few years.

Neither will go this summer.

Sterling can go ( inconsistent), Gabby ( won't get game time , sadly not needed) Mendy, Laporte ( Ake more versatile and has shown he can play) . Keep Gundo ( I've be converted what a player to bring on from the bench). To be honest next season is a bigger one for Grealish, honeymoon period over
