KDB not covering himself in glory here, where is the inspiration? They will just sit back & long ball over the top for runners & voila goal

200 million spent and we are still shit.

I think we need to give Pep another billion to spend - see if he can actually buy some defenders.

I disagree. We shat our bed in 80% of time we played them under Pep, no matter of how poor they were.
So many times we left them off the hook when we should have crushed them.

We've won everything in front of them, but 1vs1 they had our number because we always shit our Pep.

Of the 11 players o the pitch I'd only definitely keep Khusanov, Gvardiol, Savinho, Doku and Marmoush. The rest have either run their race or look like they aren't what the hype was. Lewis and Foden both look like they're big shots but offer nothing on the pitch just now.

Unfortunately a few players should have been cashed in on last year, played a huge part in our history but time to move on. kev & bernardo being two of them.

SNAFU. Trouble magnified by giving him the captaincy. He is not capable of playing more than 45 mins, he shouldn't be in the first 11

Is it not 10 years since they beat us at home in league ? Well until today’s shit show. Away yes completely agree but they haven’t come and turned us over under Pep

He isn't a fraud . How is he to blame for two shockingly poor gifts to the scouse.

Gvardiol is proving a disaster at left back. Giving the ball away and failing to mark or tackle Salad.

Put his name on the summer clearout list as well .

KdB has been awful in the first half.

Last win everywhere was in 2018, in the Champions league. After Lahoz did his job.
1-1 last year when we it should have ended 5-0 or that 2-2 are stuff of schoolboys.

Lewis can’t play full back against a top side. He was decent last week v Newcastle but I can’t remember a decent game he’s had there since September till then. It’s on the manager who keeps selecting him there. Why not play Kushanov there who did well in Madrid and bring in Reis centre back and see what he can do , might say not game to experiment but we know Lewis not good enough for a defender at this level let’s find out what the other kid has.
KDB offered nothing , sad to see he’s not even taking set pieces now, certainly looks like one year too many and end of his time with us. Should be impact player when other tired and he might not look outpaced to everything

Playing two wingers is obviously far less effective without Haaland. Marmoush should play up top with Foden playing deeper helping Nico. He’s completely on his own against swift counter attacks. Against the top sides there is danger every time we lose possession upfield.

Doku having Trent for breakfast, has absolutely nothing to aim for when he gets past him. This game is crying out for Grealish instead of Kev who I’m afraid to say is finished. He did the sweet sum of fuck all in that half. I would also have Macatee on for Savinho. Mac can score a goal and there you are, not a terrible 45 all in all, we are being very weak at the back with no bite up front. Jesus, I’m rambling now just like we are.
