What do you want us to do which is different ?

Offer even more money. Pretty simple, right?

And we know that City haven't offered more money..how ?

I don't know whether Real even ARE in for him! I've seen these sort of news before and we've ended up signing the player anyway and I've seen them and we've missed on the player. I've learned not to trust press much either way.

I'm just going by the scenario presented in that article where they are claiming Real offered more dough.

What I do know though is that if we miss our number one target in the summer AGAIN, we are going to struggle to mount serious title challenge again.

Real Madrid are in for him. If I was him I would sign for them, so if we get him we have done something special.

We have the best squad in the league without him.

Maybe we will hear something today, didn't Isco say that he would make a decision by Sunday?

No.

If it's an extra few quid here or a first team shirt for Real Madrid, he will sign for Real Madrid. But if they want him, they will match whatever we offer anyhow & the decision will lie with the player.

This will come down to Isco deciding.

Then, if he decides on Real, various cunts in the media will say it's down to us fucking up & various cunts will join them in sticking the knife into our own whilst the rest laugh at them.

If he signs for us, various cunts in the media will say it's purely because we offered more money & Real refused to match it, as no way would he have chosen City otherwise. Marca will start it off.

...and the club has plenty of time to sign and bed in any alternatives. I must admit, taking the blue specs off its a bigger gamble for Isco to come here than madrid...he may well regret this move...but..he may not...at least if he does go there its not to a direct rival in this country. see?...the positives are almost limitless

Latest article in Marca says a call from Zidane made Isco agree to joining them. It then says he SHOULD sign soon... So not the done deal they're claiming it would seem.

If he goes there & has a quiet season, he'll be halfway out the door when they sign Bale next season.

On the other hand, if FFP gets thrown out, Real will regeret fucking around with Abu Dhabi in transfer dealings.

Its June 24th not fucking August ffs so we still have time to bring in a foward. The MAIN target for us this summer was to bring in a top class forward and that was ALWAYS our priority seeing as the lack of goals cost us last year.
We already have 2 excellent signings on board so dont underestimate the value that these 2 will bring to the table , we have already improved the team from last year.

If Isco goes to RM then so be it,we are talking arguably the most popular team on the planet and anyone arrogant enough to believe players should not blink twice and sign for us need their fuckign heads wobbled.

I think the Mancini lickers are just waiting to have a pop at the hierarchy if we miss out on Isco , I can smell you cunts a mile away.
THEY SAY SWEARING IS DUE TO A LIMITED VOCABULARY. I KNOW THOUSANDS OF WORDS, BUT I STILL PREFER "FUCK OFF" TO "GO AWAY"

FFP pressure led to "friendly" agreement with RM regarding mininising fees. This seems a key factor.

I am not following on the pact with RM, they are along with Barca a team that floats above the rest of Spain on all matters, TV deal, players they attach strings, we should be smart enough to complete the deal if we could, Berigistain knows RM and Malaga well enough to if poss have it sewn up. Pelli is as close to the player as anyone, We have dropped the ball here.

Zidane is a novice ?? ZIDANE ??

Jesus Navas.

A load of people in the media are hoping to Christ this falls through so they can stir a load of shit for our club by using people's disappointment to fuel infighting.

If you think that losing a player to Real Madrid is reason to give our people shit then, knock yourself out.

I can't be arsed with people who have turned into that. It's not what City should be about imo.

No more influential than Patrick Vieira, in my view.

If ZZ spoke with anyone it would turn thier heads without a doubt, only thing we have to counter that would be Pelle and maybe a quick FaceTime with the Sheikh to re-affirm that he wont just be an important player in the team but will become a keystone in the whole project for many years to come.

I think that if Isco was our No1 target, we would get him. Pellegrini is a massive draw for Isco, therefore if we dont get him, I would presume that "WE" decided against it rather then him choosing RM ahead of us. We can offer terms that match any club, therefore IMO, if he doesnt come, it was because it was our choice, not his.
