Never a penalty. The rules say deliberate hand ball. He never intended handling the ball. Bobby Madley is as poor a ref as I've seen since Cuntenburg's peak.

You could clearly see that it was ball to hand yet the cunt who couldn't give an obvious penalty didnt hesitate to give this. With that commentary he makes you wonder if he's just part of a script.

Gives Spurs another game of course but I'd like both Leicester and Spurs being ahead of the Rags atvthe end of the season, this won't help as we all know the Rags will get a home draw against the remaining minnows for their next game.
