That was my pref too.
If the club really do know he has rejected them, then Pep's comment will have really pissed them off

Me too, not only do I suspect that's the case, but it's by far the funniest option.

just listening to Porky Pearce on MOTD tell the world we needed to beat Burnley to keep the title in our own hands. The fact that we could lose to Burnley and the title would still be in our hands has escaped his powers of reasoning.

Maybe the media have been briefed by Pigmol already about the refereeing next weekend

The BBC motm isn't given but the public vote for it so it's possible to make anyone a 1/10 or a 10/10. So not quite as bad as first seems but the reporter should be awarding the motm.

All season long the story coming out of Klanfield is that the Egyptian King was not going to extend his contract and was being a greedy little shit asking for more money for carrying the team to their first title in however long it was. Now today, a week before we play them in the biggest game of the season, there has been a breakthrough and the Pharoah is ready to not only extend his contract but sign for the rest of his career.
This is the shit the media are going to be hitting us with for the rest of the week. Let's get our heads right, hopefully he players are doing the same. We are better than them, in every way possible. Let's show it on and off the park next Sunday.

Fuck them and every twat associated with them. We won't and should not give them a thought before Wednesday. Lets get the big gsme out of the way first and then give rhese bastards the welcome and pasting they deserve

Erik ten Hag being touted as a brilliant up and coming young manager, now that he’s linked to the Rags.
He’s one year older than Pep…

I think he's the leading candidate to replace Pep when he eventually moves on, real pity if he goes there, not many manager's would move to the other "Manchester" rival, after a time at one of the clubs. Would rather have Pep, but he seems in a similar mould.

Does anyone know if this guy can drive or park buses or has he even got a licence.
It seems a prerequisite for the rag's job.

Or invent the high press. That’s what they told us Ralph did. Funnily enough they don’t use it

Think he is the father of modern football and everyone from Pep to Klopp are his students.

Mike Dean has been interviewed on BBC as this is his final season.
Favourite game: "Manchester City versus QPR has to be (when City won the title in 2012). Bearing in mind what was at stake, I don't think it will ever happen again - team winning on goal difference with the last kick of the match."
Booking Sergio Aguero for his celebration in that game: "Unfortunately it had to be done. [If he was already on a yellow card] I'd have totally not done it. I'd have told the bosses 'think of the bigger picture'."

Would it have made any difference to anything if he'd sent him off? I'd have thought it would be quite funny

yeah , this from the knob that send Razza off with a second yellow late in extra time, sealing the victory and not leaving the field of play! celebrating too much i guess.
