Schweinstieger, khediera, Gomez all injured and I'm sure hummels is suspended will certainly be a blow for them

Germany are the toughest mentally, from the four teams left - France obviously has home advantage. The smart money has to be on Germany though, but not too sure in the other semi final. I think Wales could do it, maybe. I don't think either of them will beat Germany.

Agree about Germany. I expect them to win. Tougher mentally and France are dodgy at the back. Germany by 2.

I think Portugal will win because Wales cannot afford to lose Ramsy and Davis.
I am fascinated by the Bale Ronaldo sub plot. Hope Bale inspires a Welsh victory because he comes across

I have deep respect for German football. Always a method and identity to it. Even when rijkaards greeny was hanging from vollers perm you felt they were in control.

A question for the Dutch posters here. What is your take on Huub Stevens? How is he?

Big favorite to take the manager of Romania spot. Always looked a bit crazy in my eyes, but I did not watch him that much.

The Iceland prime minister was photographed in the stands with his replica shirt on in the game v France cheering his side on amongst the hordes of Iceland fans. Could you imagine any of our leaders of the last thirty years doing the same?

They have come out of this tournament as the real winners along with the Irish and Welsh for me.
