They have come out of this tournament as the real winners along with the Irish and Welsh for me.

it's easy for 'small' nations to look good

Why's that then?

check out the footage of iceland's homecoming
those kind of scenes would be frowned upon by the lefties in england - the guardian would probably call it an edl gathering....

It would only be a miserable and sour English person that did not want Wales to win. However , they do exist.

Nevertheless it is a fantastic achievement by Wales and deserves complementing.

I still see them as the underdog tonight and that is to their advantage. They have nothing to lose.

On a selfish note, I really hope the English FA take a good look at how they managed to screw this opportunity up.

and we couldn't beat fucking iceland

because england treat friendlies and 'qualifiers' like it's the world cup final. After that 3-2 over germany, i'm sure they thought they were world beaters. Even the 2-1 win over wales wasn't that convincing.
Still here.

Fair play to Wales. They have took what they have and formulated a plan to get the most out of it. We could all learn a thing or two from that

Very cagey game so far. Bowen must know Christine personally as he never calls him by his surname in commentary.

The serial cheater is fucking depressing to listen to, couldn't give a flying fuck who wins, all I care about are man city, as for England it'll never change until the old boys club (FA) are disbanded.
