So city keep the marmoush deal at 60 mill to avoid paying frankfurt 15 percent . Which is why spuds paid too much for Savio.

Selling marmoush for as much as we paid him for is just as good a deal as the savinho bit. Savinho has been bad, but outside of 2 winder strikes Marmoush has been atrocious

Good business all round if this comes off. I like the idea that we are letting players go who are not up to where we want to be - albeit not understanding where our due dilligence was. Hopefully, stocking up the caah to fund better options although this idea of another Brazilian kid goes against this theory.

To be fair SC , there is always an element of risk involved in any high transfer fees. Injuries ( look at both croatian players). I have a nagging feeling that although Rodri seems happy going to Barca, he will spend most of his time on the injured list and bench.

Agreed on the 'unkinown' aspect of non-uk transfers. Just felt like we were shopping at second tier levels with a 'hope' that they would fit in and excel. Rodri will not be pulling up any trees at Farca although he will find it far easier in a slower league.
I'm looking forward to seeing who comes in espwcially if Marmoush does go.

100% Rodri will have a breakdown at some point this season - it was a great deal for us.

As for selling Savhino ? Whoever was responsible for this transfer deserves their own fucking statue outside our stadium.

I will be mighty pissed off if Alvarez ends up at the Arse and we have not got a back up to the Viking. Mind, thought Julian did not like England.

People made up that his family couldn't get VISAs to feel better about him leaving. The lad is just an itchy fucker that wants to change teams every 2-3 years. His agent is making a killing.

It's been emotional. The most playable on his day player I've ever seen.

Yep, the only thing that can halt his momentum is the manager putting him on the pitch.

The video of him walking off the pitch after the match while all of his teammates go applaud the fans only cements my opinion

He was told not to go to the fans by his coach - to avoid a load of boos.

Apparently we are after Marc Guiu as an alternative to Haaland. Mental

Anyone fancy Vardy? He is free.

Tim Vicary South American football rates Allan as a very good player. Not a dribbler more a good all round team player.

Gary Neville writes us off. So nothing new there then !!
