Interesting KJ is now blaming mancini directly as when he first requested a transfer it was because of a 'complete breakdown of relationships with senior executives at the club."

he can't even get his story straight, his interview earlier holds no credence at all -

also Buzzer Jnr was on TS later this afternoon just to balance things up.

That is becasue for a while now the legal case for Tevez to successfully sue CITY lies in that the position has been made untenable and therefore there is a sort of quasi-constructive dismissal. If they do not get their way with screwing us this transfer window then they will try next on this basis.

I have been surprised that Bobby seems not to have been told to refer any questions re Tevez to Vicky Kloss - more comments about him being finished etc will not help CITY's legal team

Mancini only said it's not possible bacuse 'Tevez does not want to play' not because he doesn't want him. He has said in the past that he doesn't hold grudges. They have nothing to throw at Bob in that regard & have now admitted lying about 'family reasons' for leaving too, so it has always been about them trying to get away. City can also point to Mancini trying to help him & letting him go home to sort out this 'family problem' which turns out to be a complete pack of lies.

Joorabchiian, on the other hand has admitted that Tevez 'went walkabout' so as far as I'm concerned we have him by the balls now.

Just to add that 'Talkshite' are running this as an opportunity to broadcast more anti Mancini propoganda by repeating Joorabchians criticisms in every news programme & Durham is saying there's another side to the story. These people should be fucking ashamed of themselves. They should be showing him up for what he is.

Dear Kia,

Just in case you're a visitor to the forum, thought I'd post my perspective. I don't really care if your client doesn't like Mancini. As you point out, maybe Mancini hasn't been the best manager in the world and has been lucky with money available at the last 2 clubs he's managed (you forgot to mention the trophy he's won with every other club he managed). It may be that come June, Mancini will be sacked, as the club's owners agree that he's not done well enough. Who knows.

What I can say though, is that whether Mancini is manager or not, I don't want to see your client in a City shirt ever again. I'd prefer to not even see him in the vicinity of one. I've never had to boo a City player during a game before and, to be fair, a lot of them have deserved booing. However, for your client, I'll make an exception. I'll boo during the warm up, I'll boo as he comes on the pitch, I'll boo every time he gets the ball and I'll boo when he leaves the pitch.

So, to clarify, it's not that Mancini doesn't want him that's the issue, it's that I don't want him. And I suspect forty odd thousand others supporters in the ground will agree with me.

I do wish you luck in finding a better club, who'll pay him even more of the money that your client doesn't want, however, I suspect you now know his value is pretty low. And that when he finally leaves City, his wages will be much less than he was earning before his hissy fit. Lucky you're not his agent, as 10% of less would be really annoying.

Anyway, best wishes, and I hope you find QPR have a big bank balance you can fleece, although I suspect you've already killed your golden goose.

Ted, I absolutely agree with your strength of view from a fan's point of view and certainly morally etc we are in the right, but I really do not think that our position - from a legal/contractual POV - is as stong as we 'want' to believe.

After the initial ruling and the PFA involvement to reduce the fine to 2 weeks - that was the end of the Munich issue and that cannot be used again by us.....

We would have been in a weak position had Tevez been able to knuckle down and keep attending training etc. We have been hugely helped with his fucking off back to Argie land.

But my experience (and those of others in the trade) of contract and employment law woulld suggest that we do need to be very careful and Kia-snake will be looking to play his hand well - and his best cards are the comments and actions of Bobby - no criticism of Bobby intended (as a fan).

A case brought by them will require a judgement to be made - by an individual only looking at legal points - and if you look at the facts for each party we have one main one on our side - he fucked off to Argentina - and yes that is a big one. But they can point to a number of statements and actions that they could propose were the cause of this making Tevez's position untenable.

I have seen a significant number of contrtactual/employment 'judgements' that I know are just not 'fair' - and we just need to be careful...

I have already said how glad I will be to be wrong in this thread and I have already admitted to being wrong about us still paying him(although after further consideration maybe that is not quite so clear a position as fans wish to think). We do need to play the end game well.

On the bright side it does look as if Kia-cunt and Tevez have been over-confident in their approach to doing a deal with the bottlers to screw CITY and for that we must be grateful to Khaldoon and his management team - against a different character they would probably have been able to secure a deal massively beneficial to ACM and getting a big signing on fee for the poison dwarf.

Anyway I think that I will butt out of this thread as what I post is intended to help fellow blues temper their optimism with a bit of caution - when what I really want to post is ".....fuck off you back-stabbing cunt and take that oily twat with you!!!!"

I agree we need to be careful, always, from day to day, but he has walked out & has admitted to it & I don't see anything Bob has done which could be used as a cause for that. Bob's main theme before Tevez fucked off, was that he wanted to try & smooth things over, not close the door.

I would have thought all of Tevez' behaviour is relevant if we decide to sue him for devaluing his transfer value though.
