Manchester City reject Liverpool's Andy Carroll for Carlos Tevez offer

Don't get me wrong, i wouldn't ever want to see Carroll at City, however, what does this tell us about Liverpool ?

How must Carroll feel when he finds out that Scouse 1 want rid of him ? The manager publicly backs him and behind the scenes they want to dump him for El Loco, or even Ba, who can't even play until mid february !

fans who remember Kenny MK1, The point blank look you in the eye bullshit is normal. As for Tevez and his spokesman. You can only
understand the mess they have created if you were as warped as they are.

Tevez should not be allowed to come back and play for us. Mancini would be completely hypocritical after banishing Ned, Bridge, Ade (to some extent), and Bellers to train with the youth team. When Tevez was told to train away from the team he went AWOL, there is no way he should be allowed back regardless of how talented he is. I was a huge Tevez fan, but he shot himself in the foot on this one. Anything other than keeping him banished and suing him for not showing up to practice alone is wrong imo.

Milan were forced to manoeuvre and hope that, faced with the prospect of Tevez once more within their walls, Manchester City would fold. This discounted a single fact. This is a club with an unlimited supply of chips.

Boom.

Fuck me .....this cunt is properly delusional

What possible earthly grounds can the fucker think he has upon which to base an appeal. If the PL do not immediately dismiss this I will be furious

Carlos Tevez has appealed to the Premier League against the six-week fine imposed by Manchester City for his ongoing absence.

City imposed the fine after finding Tevez guilty of gross misconduct on December 22.

Tevez subsequently appealed against the punishment but that was thrown on January 7 after a hearing involving two City directors, Marty Edelman and Mohamed al-Mazrouei.

However, as with the disciplinary action brought against him after his non-appearance in Munich last September, Tevez had the option of taking the matter to the Premier League and Press Association Sport understands he has done just that.

Back in September, the 27-year-old succeeded in having a fine reduced from six weeks' wages to two, a saving of approximately £800,000.

In this instance, City feel their case is watertight given the punishment related to Tevez's presence in Argentina, where he has remained since November 7.

With it appearing increasingly likely Tevez will still be a City player after the end of today's transfer deadline, his assimilation back into Roberto Mancini's squad does not look like being straightforward.

The Premier League will now be forced to schedule a hearing date, although it could be the end of next month before that takes place.

Kia said he doesn't care about the money, so therefore he won't appeal.

Just a question for legal types here. If a charge of 'gross misconduct' carries a penalty of 6 weeks wages, has he not been comitting that offence each time he refuses to turn up for training ?

Why should the one charge count for his absence since November ? Surely a deliberate refusal to return on say, Monday, is one charge & a deliberate refusal to return on Wed is another unless a lawyer does a deal for all other offences to be taken into consideration ?

Red Scouse mate of mine just texted to say personal terms greed for Tevez to go to LIverpool til end of season. Carrol staying put. I think he was tryingto pis me off, naturally Iwould delighted to offload the monstrous turd of a man, as long as they pay his wages.

As for Carrol staying put. This was met with much mirth and insults.

Anyone hear anything on this?

Pato's deal to PSG is again on the table and we might just see Herman go to Milan.
