Get your kits out for the boys

Postby irblinx » Sat Aug 15, 2009 1:00 pm

Where's all the photos of the MCF.net worthies resplendent in their new away shirts? I blame Dan and his board tinkering for confusing everyone!

Whilst I still love the home shirt on the players I have to say that I prefer the away top on me!

The kits look mint.....saw a couple of guys in the crowd yesterday wearing the third shirt too.....which looks fucking supercool

Anyway...seems like we are getting premium designs and service from Umbro....we certainly look streets ahead style-wise to the other Umbro PL teams....check their shite out?!??!

To coin a phrase "Don't like it". How have people got hold of the 3rd shirt? Thought it wasn't out til October.

A fair few who made the trip out to South Africa got it given to them by the club, I think because of the late change to where one of the games was being played as a goodwill gesture

The away shirt is good, much better than any bright yellow kit like Chelski had and Noo'astle have this year. Simple block colours are the best, IMO that's why the retro kits have remained so popular. I just wish we could keep this home one for more than one year but i suppose they will want new shirts every year to generate money for the club and players contracts.

Great looking shirt, shame about the model, let's get rid of him and get it on Chippendale-Shawzy.

If you mean the tour date style black ones then they are also in the main shop at the ground, my eldest bought one yesterday.

I'll have you know that some ladies prefer a cuddly physique. I have to admit that I was expecting everyone else to post their pics in the kit too in the time honoured fashion, slightly uncomfortable at just seeing my mush in the post every time!

Going to get the l/s black shirt later this week. £45 is a bit steep, but fuck it, I love City and it will be well worth it!.
