12 points all win except the scum I think we can pull a draw against them but I think we gotta wait till home time when our teams fully blended together to wipe the floor with em.

There are three obviously winnable games there, as well as Pompey (a) and Arsenal (h).

Got to be looking for 10 points from those 5 I reckon

We'll hopefully get the expected nine points from Wolves, Portsmouth and the Hammers but if we continue to defend like today Arse and scum will easily pick holes in our defence.

Can't see us going 6 unbeaten with those games. Think we'll draw one we expect to win and lose one, win the rest.

Its time to believe we can beat The Gooners this time: and not by a fortuitous penalty either

If you read the article by Robinho, he mentions and is critical of the lack of "winning mentality". The way that players didn't believe that some games were winnable.
The same goes for us fans. We have gotta believe that our team can win the hard games.
If we believe, we pass that onto the pitch through the atmosphere and positivity we create.

Therefore, the next 5 games is 15 points for me.

At worst i'm hoping for:

wolves home: 3 points
portsmouth away: 3 points
arsenal homes: 1 point
Rags away: 1 point
hammers home: 3 points

I'd be happy with 11 points.

I hate pompey,

I fucking hate Steven Hunt even more though, the pikey shit head, how the fuck did he make it big time?

I think it's also important to be realistic and not to raise expectation levels too high.

Even having seen Arsenal hammer Everton, I fancy us to beat them, they still have the same weaknesses. We can win all these games but must beware; Ferguson won't put out an all skill/attacking team against us, he'll go for power/strength/pace in midfield to knock us out of it & back Rooney etc to win it. We need to be ready for that. (Tevez; your moment awaits)

I think with Wolves, Portsmouth and West Ham we should be looking at 9 points if we want to be challenging the top 4. It's hard to gauge Arsenal on yesterdays performance because Everton were so poor but i'd take a draw now and we know that we won't be let off as lightly at the swamp as we were at Ewood with some of the defending ie free headers about 4 yards out so again I'm gonna be the optimist and settle for a draw. IMO 11 points will be a good return.

I watched the hammers yest and they looked quite good, it is not a foregone conclusion that we will beat them, weve only played on game and ppl are getting very giddy, we actually didnt create that much yesterday concidering the attacking options on the field, i fancy a draw against the scum, beat wolvws and pompey, lose to arse and draw with the hammers, 8 points

After yesterdays result, I think as follows,

wolves home - WIN (3-0)
portsmouth away - WIN (0-1)
arsenal homes - Draw (0-0) we are due a home draw
utd away - Draw (0-0)
hammers home - WIN (2-1)

If we have any chance of finishing in the top 4, we must take a minimum of 10 points from the above. I think 11 (based upon above)
