4-3 at least, for us/them I can't decide. I hope we put out a good team and play to win. Not like those friendlies in S.Africa.

Hope it doesn't end up in a morale destroying thrashing and a couple of injuries, the press would have a field day

Was saying same on way back from Blackburn, would be a nightmare to get injury's in a nothing game albeit a prestigious one. Hopefully start off blinding so can sub the whole team at ht and wrap them in cotton wool ;o)
Barca 2-2 City
messi and bojan (robi and tevez)

This game calls for two defensive midfielders (in a five ma midfield) - anything else and their midfield will just rip us apart assuming they play at full strength.

I personally believe that Barca with only days to go before their league campaign starts and loads to prove against Real who have spent buckets, I reckon also the Spanish teams are not ones for kicking lumps out of opponents especially in a friendly....
So based on that theory I reckon an entertaining 3-2 to us.
We're a better team than we last played them in the first TC cup?
Robbie, Ade and Superman for us is my forecast

Barca 3 v 1 City
No way will we treat this as majorly important but it will be interesting to try out a formation against such quality opposition. Maybe 2 more defensive minded midfielders. Whatever happens in the first half I would expect loads of changes to be made.
