Make that two. I always think of Rangers as just Rangers, but Celtic are Glasgow Celtic.

exactly the same mate. Kind of feels more Scottish maybe because there are separatists among Celtic supporters but most likely none among Rangers who feel like wannabe English. Maybe. I don't know.
Don't care about either really. I've found Edinburgh rivalry more interesting.

Feels more Scottish? They all think they're Irish!
If you you say Glasgow out loud in football terms then Celtic is the natural next word as they are often referred to as Glasgow Celtic in the press. However if you asked me to name a football club in Glasgow I'd say Rangers every time but that is mainly because I've driven past the ground loads of times. If you asked me to name a Scottish team then I'd say Kilmarnock for similar reasons

Or is it because Irish have adopted them for religious reasons? Who knows. Who cares!?!??!

Rangers' proper name is 'The Rangers'. On the plaque above the main entrance at Ibrox that's what's written. I think it sounds a bit daft to be honest. You hear some people still use it...."I'm off to see The Rangers".
What's big Mixu up to now Antti, have you heard anything?

I have to say that I am thoroughly sick of hearing about both teams on this forum
They have fuck all to do with City and neither club has covered itself in glory in our city recently
