"City are currently spending millions establishing academies across the globe and have very firm plans to recruit the hottest young talent around."
Good shout that, build a massive academy in Brazil.

I agree actually...or at least partner (ie. inject resources/staff and have a say in getting first dibs on players once they're developed) with an established club's academy over there
A good way of keeping our beautiful little Robson bought in to Project El City also....would make him even more popular in Brazil maybe, if he's seen to be helping kids from that country follow in his footsteps
Can you imagine Abramhovic/Kenyon's faces when they see that pic...haha......stick your Sturridge up your arse

I know!! Class! Fuck Sturridge. Hope he's enjoying the Chelsea reserves.
I love seeing stories like this. They just seem to be doing everything right don't they? We're building an empire, and one built to last. Its so exciting to see us signing Brazils top prospects at 16! Robbie is like a City ambassador. Fucking love him!

Let's not count our chickens just yet, just cos he's pictured wearing the training top. What do you think he'd wear if he comes and does a training session with us?

Didn't Sturridge wear the Brazilian training top when he was with them before the world cup? I don't think we'll see him trotting out for Brazil any time soon.

true Blinxy BUT....that is taken inside Carrington
It's not an open access type of place
That photo must have had some kind of official sanction, I don't think we'd do that unless we were pretty bloody confident of getting him

and we could just as likely see him in a Chelsea one if he goes and trains with them next week.
I still think we have a VERY good chance of doing the deal but just don't think it's done yet
As for Studge Slim, at this point I'd be less surprised to see him run out to start a game for Brazil than do the same for Chelsea

Why has Robbie got Kolo's training top on?
As an aside, does anyone have one of those? I am informed by the Fu that one is on its way to me in the post....are they nice?

Unless he had the photo taken. If you were a young Brazilian footballer having a trial at the same club that Robinho played at there'd be almost no chance that you wouldn't want your photo taken with him.

It would be brilliant if we could sign the next "away" Robinho. Then we could play the original one just at home and the new one away and always fantastic flair in our squad :-)
