Old Twitchy Redknapp

Lifted from Sky Sports Transfer Centre

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp insists there is no point overhauling rules on "tapping up" because players have always known which clubs are interested in signing them.

Suprise suprise, how that guy has never been done for tapping up is unbelievable. Notice he was in the crowd for the celtic game tonight, ofcourse he has no interest in signing scott brown though.

Stopping tapping up is like trying to stop the tide. All you have to do is phone the players agent and sow the seeds with him. The agents are greedy bastards and the more moves a player makes the more money the agents make so the ball starts rolling from there.

He's Defoe interested in signing Brown but apparently they're not Modric enough. He has to Bale players out to afford him.

twitch also wants the Da Silva twins on a half season loan, but baconface is not inclined to be sheringham.
Berbatov wins golden boot, spends following season on the bench while his team loses title on goal difference. Well played, Fergie.
