Well he's tipped us for the win surprise surprise! He's getting a tad predictable now - reminds me of the pools panel predictions!
Man City v Wolves

Wolves enjoyed an excellent performance and result the other night against Wigan and that was without most of their first-choice strikers, so that has to bode well for boss Mick McCarthy.

But there is still a great euphoria and expectation surrounding Manchester City, and after a good win first up, the new players have had a further week to get to know each other and bed in.

With that in mind, and despite McCarthy returning to one of his former clubs, I have to back City to win in front of what is sure to be a packed, passionate crowd.

Verdict: 2-0

'.........despite McCarthy returning to one of his former clubs..........'

WTF has that got to do with the scoreline?

Note we're only winning because 'there's still a great euphoria and expectation surrounding Manchester City', not because we've signed some players and are a better team.

What a complete knobhead.

I'd like to think we could put 3 or 4 in after the show against Barca. I am glad that Wolves picked points up mid-week so that they are not coming to us looking like they wouldn't have a point after 3 games.
Based on the Barca game i'd like to think we can keep a clean sheet against Wolves so my prediction. 3-0 win.

I think it will be a tight game they will put alot of men behind the ball, even more so with the fact the best striker Ebanks-Blake is injured so they don't have alot uptop. I'll be happy with a 2-0 myself a good performance and a clean sheet, Wolves aren't that bad a side imo. Full house aswell can't wait come on CITY.

I'd settle for 2-0 if it meant three points and a clean sheet. People tend to underestimate the 'new guys' at their peril (just ask the RAGs)
