What's this, where's it come from?
If it's suggesting that; it's complete utter codswallop.

Ahh! Cheers. Obviously they've taken data from moments in games & not bothered doing it with everyone!
Ned would wipe the floor with everyone on that list.

That is absolute garbage. I think I could probaly name at least 10 players at City alone who are faster than Robinho.

If they are measuring dribbing with the ball over a set distance then it may be right. SWP leaves the ball behind him at least twice on a 10 yard run so it would hamper his timings quite badly having to run back and get it!

Max speed reached during a football game is only one measure of deciding whether a player is fast.
There are a few surprises there but I have to admit to being suspicious of the methodology (which isn't explained fully). The vast majority of these players are Arsenal, Chelsea and Liverpool. The prem has never been short of speedsters who aren't necessarily that good in other areas. Why isn't there a single one on that list? What about guys like Agbonlahor and Petrov?

I'm surprised by that gobbet of data. If Robson has a weak point whilst attacking, it's that he doesn't race away from defenders. He beats players with skill rather than pace.
If he were really quick he would be unplayable.
City and sniffing knickers.
Come on Blues.

I thought Ned was meant to be a speed demon. Doesnt he run 100 meters in 10 seconds or something ridiculous?

I would love to watch Sol Campbell, Fernando Torres, and Gabriel Agbonlohor in a 100m race, and then see Sol sitting at the finish line waiting for the others to cross the line.
There's only one Antoine!

Put a ball at their feet and see who's quicker.
Didn't Ned do 11seconds flat over 100m back in school? I thought he was our quickest runner.
