Sport.es is carrying the story as speculation, but there are loads of comments on it from Barca fans about how great he is, and what a good signing it would be for us.

I like the idea of bringing in very experienced ex-champions (or current one's in this case) to teach our current players, especially the younger ones, what it takes to reach the very top and play with a winning mentality.

He's a quality left back and on a one year deal will keep Bridge on his toes. We don't want any position, except maybe Shay's, where there is a guaranteed starter due to lack of options and Garrido looks like he'll be on his way...
