Modric leg break

An innocuous challenge to say the least. He's made out of balsa, but hope he gets fit asap

Shitty luck for the lad, but, from a City perspective it's a positive development really

When does the window close btw?

in a very selfish way I see this as good news for us - he's been one of their best players this term

possibly, but I doubt we'd let him go. I'm sure modric walked off the field. I had a couple of glasses of wine, but I'm sue he walked off under his own steam?

Couldn't agree more with these comments, shame for him but he's not our player and if Spurs start to slip up then so be it. We'll all suffer injuries to players at some point through the season

Definitely. He is their playmaker and heart and soul of their game going forward. People bang on about Lennon but people who have seen them in action and know about football can see that Lennon is merely a speed merchant living from balls put in by other players.

Modric injury is very good for us and I'm not ashamed to admit it.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?

Nowt wrong with that train of thought imo, bad luck for him, good news for us. It's not life threatening and he'll recover. If 'arry' does want Petrov his price has just doubled, it's now a sellers market when someone is so desperate for something.

Feel sorry for the guy, I never like to hear of injuries, even though they are paid well, etc... Hope he recovers well, and is back as soon as he can...

He'll be fine, during his 6 week lay-off he'll still be collecting what equates to 30 years of my wages presuming he's struggling on only 60K a week.

Im afraid my tactical brain took over when I heard the news - I thought "Dont get fit again 'til after we've played you" (I'm going to hell, I know)

Like above posts I think this will kill there momentum and that's exactly what we need and not what they need.

If Lennon's head worked as fast as his legs, he'd own this league.
